A key requirement was to be able to monitor these social mentions in real-time, through a series of live wallboards and real-time alerts. They were also very interested in looking at wider social insight across brands, models, colours and memory choice. This was to help better understand social user preferences and assist with forecasting customer demand.

Automated daily, weekly and monthly reports were generated to help analyse the social insight and assist with future forecasting models.
