Citrus was established in 1999 and provided what was then called ‘expert facilities management’ solutions for MVNOs, Service providers and Resellers around the world. This was Cloud Voice before anyone had coined the phrase. We gave our Service Provider’s and Reseller’s access to the Citrus Cloud which offered a wide range of voice services enabling the delivery of telephony services to business and residential customers across the EMEA region.

Throughout this time, we have developed many solutions and services, delivering elegant solutions to complex problems. For over 20 years we have created and rolled out many bespoke services for customers across the globe, from medium to large scale Resellers, Service Providers and Mobile Network Operators.

In 2014, we began collaborative work on a new Hosted Contact Centre solution that has grown into our market leading DigiDesk platform, where we have elegantly integrated voice and digital channels. DigiDesk has now been successfully rolled out to a range of contact centres in full featured, multi-channel form and to a wider range of customers adopting one or several channels from within DigiDesk, with customers ranging from a global food and beverage business to a top Premiership football team.
